2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Placing an Order

Orders need to be a minimum sale value of A$120.00 to qualify for shipment.
All orders are subject to stock availability.

2.2 Payment

Full payment at the time of order confirmation.

2.3 Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping Policy

We ship to all Australian States and Territories (ACT & NT).

3.2 Customs and Duties

Homewaresbali is responsible for any and all applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties upon arrival in Australia.
We are also responsible for biosecurity entries and additional inspection costs, etc.

3.3 Damages or Delays

Homewaresbali will take all possible actions to reduce any delays and will notify you if delays occur.
We accept liability for damage in transit. However, photographic evidence of damage is required before any adjustment or compensation.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items only, upon submission of photographic evidence.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Homewares Bali reserves the right to deny any claim subject to its investigation.

4.2 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be calculated at the time of your claim.
As our service operates from overseas, Homewaresbali is unable to offer a refund once your order has been uplifted for export from Bali.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Homewares Bali or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Product Authenticity

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in colour, size, or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the items.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Homewares Bali is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
